How about Terminal and Gate information? Travelers really need those details boarding pass!

This is a ponderous, clunky, poorly designed app. Simple things like searching for departure info for a single flight is a challenge that apparently overwhelmed the Swiss web designers. Setting a flight notification is ridiculously complicated. And as I sit here and LHR checking on my flight status to Geneva, the flight doesnt even appear on the Swiss app. I had to use some third party apps. I mean really, how hard can it be?

I am interested in following up on a bag lost for a full week. It would be better if that was possible through the app.

I have checked in twice and I still dont see my boarding passes

This is good app with a smoke API. It is useful for three types of travelers a simple traveler, and dedicated Swiss air traveler, and in frequent traveler. However, the app lacks the ability to add loyalty reward programs. Swiss air is a code share partner for United Airlines, Lufthansa, and others.The app lacks the ability to add loyalty rewards program information into the app which can easily be transferred to other code share partners.

Not made for Frequent Traveller in mind, but very simple and easy to use for new app. users

The functionality of this app is so limited- what is the point. Cant reserve seats and other important yet simple items. System is down often and yet the airline extracts lots of money for every change, seat assignment and more. Will never book with the airline again. Tres mal!

The interface elements are clean and tidy. Its easy to find what you need if they provide it. Only basic functionalities offered though. But it is very very slow. No idea why it takes so long to load the simplest data set.

Very sleek, but it is confusing and slow! The functionality is difficult to access as the menus are confusing and the app is soooo slow.
