Easy to navigate, but the app needs some time to start.

To get from one step to the next...

Overall all good! I miss the integration on my Apple Watch (A lot of competitors like Lufthansa have this already implemented)...

App works fine and does its job, but is little bit slow, probably its built on top of WebViews and lacks Native feeling, Would be better to improve this.

This functions badly on an iTouch. Several "services" dont function at all ( notably on line check-in and boarding passes. A waste of time.

Absolutely useless if you are not a Miles & More member Useless for Star Alliance members

Easy to use. Great to book flights with and see all prices. Extras such as lounge info also very helpful. Easy to add bookings and check in online.

Does not size to screen correctly for iPhone

Inefficient. Online check never worked as expected even after multiple tries. I had to travel for 8 hours with my 5 year old twins with them seated away from me. #SwissAir

Easy to use I booked my seats received the boarding pass quick. Only one small issue with seats selection yul to Zurich. The picture of the interior didnt match with the actual plane, I would have picked different seats have I had the actual picture of the plane.

Great app, easy to use but would love an iPad version.

Does the job.

Effective, efficient, convenient and practical! However, the app often gives errors or does not work at times. This is rare, but if happened before a flight it could cause serious panic. Overall, good.

Booking with 2 flights, impossible to get the passbook for the second one, impossible to retrieve booking info, my name has been respelled by the app (spaces deleted with no notice).
