Swiss made the same mistake Lyfthansa did. This app is just a launcher for web pages, not a "real" app such as Brutish Airways app. Which makes this app a bit annoing to use. Please make an update and make it safari independante application.

Really good idea for booking&searching tickets! Its more than 5 stars!

Were two adults with a baby. Where should I mark this to buy all 3 tickets at once? The program only asks how many adults are traveling :(

You really can save boarding pass with this app so that it is available offline. What is really missing is Passbook integration.

Tried using the application- the booking was not completed but money was blocked on the credit card for the full amount of booking. Had to book tickets through Swiss web site. Huge disappointment!

Cannot do check in constant mistake.

Still didnt get my boarding pass. So many actions for a simple e-boarding pass! Its stupid.

When entering personal details and displaying "My flights" the app get stucked and nothing appears. Without this feature the app is quite unuseful!

I love the design and functionality of the new app. But I can no longer log in after upgrading to 3.0 and 3.1, neither with my Swiss user credentials, nor with my Miles and More account. Obviously the same credentials work fine when logging on via the website or even the mobile website. As much as I enjoy the new design, I can no longer use the app this way, after being dependent for the last 5 years. Very disappointed...

Im used to fly with Swiss and this application is quite good. Check in on-line is the function mostly used by me. Easy to use but sometimes email or sms confirmation doesnt work properly.

Amongst all the main European airlines, this is by far the worst app on the market. It is user unfriendly and most of the times it doesnt lead you where you want to go. Absolutely a no!

What else?

It just doesnt work. I couldnt add to passbook one ticket out of two because the app says that ticket doesnt exist. Its also very hard to use and understand. Just dont download it, use the website if you really have to book with them.

Keeps showing stuff in German no matter what language you choose....

Sometime open in english, sometime in german. Received boarding pass by email but cant see it on app. Not very useful. Update january 2016... Still awful app

It simply doesnt work. After filling in all the fields it wont show the flights!

Sometime in Local language, then switch to German. Couldnt figure out how to set the new flight for check in. Still stuck to the very first I set. Practically unusable.
