I wish I could give this app and the whole airline zero stars. Trying to check-in through the app I got locked out and ended up with a horrible seat assignment despite my status. I need to learn that a layover is less hassle than Swiss.

Good design. Horrible functionality, same goes for their website.
Why bother to have an App if it does not work? Like others I have been trying since last night to check in and keep getting technical error message. No luck on the website either and even people on phone could not check me in. No wonder they went bankrupt.
The good: nice design. Seems to have the right idea in mind. The bad: everything about the app has terrible implementation and it is very limited. Cannot do anything on it! Surprised Swiss would put this out.
Very convenient app, was able to do everything, including seat selection and mobile boarding passes. Clean and intuitive interface!
It never works. Requires way more information than other airline apps to find your booking. If you make an error it resets everything so you have to do all the forms over again. Really clunky and more time-wasting than time-saving. I thought the Swiss were known for efficiency. They must have hired the worst programmers for this app (I must say their website is not much better). Also it probably never went through a beta version to gather user feedback. If possible avoid.
Very slow app not helpful as it is too slow...literally to 7 minutes to load boarding pass
The app doesnt load. You have to constantly reconfirm your email. Youd think that from a company like Swiss air the app would be flawless but its the exact opposite. Hands down the worst app.
There are just a few basic functions such as check-in, boarding passes, etc. You cant even check the flight status...
Just the worst app for flight check in and bookings
In my last review I gave this app just one star and considered it the worst airline app. It has certainly improved, but no where close to app from British Airways, Lufthansa, delta, Air France, etc. By the way I am a Senator M&M member who flies at least twice a week with the Swiss.
Very easy and convenient tool to do all you need to book, register and obtain tickets.
I can get my flight times.. But only if I book my flight online.. Trying to book using the app is pointless.. Takes forever and sometimes it never happens .. Many times I cant even use the app ..reads " I am not authorized"
As a United Airline flying through the Star Alliance GOLD PREMIERE this application is really poor to navigate and get your flight information or pre check or get a seat assignment. What is this airline App for? Useless
Ive trying to check in my a couple of recent flights but it was not possible. It seems its be out of order. I could not even get flight information. Its quite disappointing!
An improvement over the last version but still lacking quite a bit. Does not have the features I would expect out of Swiss.
Im used to AA or United apps. Twice I have obtained the boarding pass from the counter. When I do that [not using the mobile for generating the boarding pass] my boarding pass info gets AUTOMATICALLY refreshed in the AA & United apps; but with this one, no matter what I do, boarding pass was never loaded. Also, the app does not send me alerts regarding gates, boarding times...
The app has endless bugs in various areas - booking a ticket, accessing existing booking for checkin, etc. The notifications (such as delays, gate changes) are delivered with extensive delays. Surprisingly poor stability and built quality vs Lufthansas app or British Airways or United.
I fly Swiss exclusively and this app is everything you need to manage your flights.
