The app needs to be more like the Lufthansa app

Bought our swiss air tickets, now have the details stored in app, boarding passes available offline. Very convenient.

More of a time waster than a time saver. It doesnt load reservations automatically and the seat selection function doesnt work. Not sure which amateur firm they hire to create this hack job or if Swiss is intentionally trying to leave you with a low-budget airline experience. Avoid!

Pretty useless. Please look up to Lufthansa and Air France apps. Fairly easy programming to get it up to Swiss quality standards. Has anyone from Swiss or the developer team ever checked in using this app? Its atrocious. And theres no New York on the airport list, so you cant even check in if you are leaving from a NY airport. It would take EUR 5000 at most to pay someone to develop this properly from scratch. This is shameful. Does anyone from Swiss ever read these reviews? Brand image down the toilet.

Awful, bad, atrocious, garbage, junk, crap, a waste of time, dreadful, untruthful and DOES NOT WORK! I picked a 1 star only because I had to…..

Does not retain info well. UI clumsy and slow. Takes much too long to retrieve bookings even on a fast network. Why cant one check in once one has registered and the system knows miles and more number without the Eticket number?!

Learn from United Airlines App how this should be done !

Enough said. Contract for app unlikely given by merit. Unable to check in. Language defaults to French for no good reason and even when you get a boarding pass, you still have to receive a text or email. Flight status doesnt update. Waste of space for phone. So deleting after this review.

I am slightly disappointed with the app is it is not as comprehensive like the lufthansa app...... Even though its the same company ........

Swiss has the best corporate identity of any airline, and the app follows suit. Pretty simple functionality, but I like it.

Doesnt store data Cant log in Doesnt keep you logged in Gives to much info in the wrong places Sluggish performance and layouts Seriously... Is this swiss. I hope they fly better then this.

I can get my flight times.. But only if I book my flight online.. Trying to book a the app is pointless.. Takes forever and sometimes it never happens

A poor app with only limited functionality and some malfunctions.

Check in process was invited to be easy. There was only One change that I would do. Having a right arrow to press on when you have to choose a flight wouldve made it easier and more intuitive. Otherwise, I thought that checking in process was actually easier than doing it on the computer

I love this app, use it weekly

Useful, easy, but please add the option to store your account info, so that we do not have to log in every time. Thanks SWISS

Good application for swiss customers. Definitely recommend to download it.

This app should work like a swiss watch, but it doesnt even do the basics well. Check-in is a half-baked implementation of the full website, etc. you can do better, Swiss.
