Pros and cons of SWISS app for iPhone and iPad

SWISS app good for

Easy to use application with nice and simple graphics. Good connection with passbook which is not always the case with other apps. Only slight issue is that you have to send your self a message with the boarding card. Should be direct into Passbook.

Really good, just for the fact that you can Passbook it, or should I said Wallet it

This app is very easy to use and the content is clear. Love it

Great app, it make easier the check in process. Besides all the additional info related to the flight.

Very functional and well-done app. For me, one of the best airline apps I have used. Great addition to the very good Web site of SWISS.

The only downside is the back button, sometimes it makes you loose all the data entrered in the booking process and you have to start over.

Some bad moments

this app is useless: it keeps requiring login info at nearly each step of the check-in process, it is unable to fill in the travelers name automatically, it doesnt find flights based on reservation numbers and it requires redundant data such as flight #. Apple should expel this app from the app store.

Most standard thing you can ask for is check in and that is not working. Pages are shown half cut by a zoom and it is impossible to zoom out. Very painful

Useless app but as online boarding web does not work on iPad...

This app has to be improved. Currently it is useful only for checking flight status. It is not possible to access account and services available on SWISS web site.

This functions badly on an iTouch. Several "services" dont function at all ( notably on line check-in and boarding passes. A waste of time.

Absolutely useless if you are not a Miles & More member Useless for Star Alliance members
