great app! love it

Everything at hand. Bookings, preferences, boarding passes and so much more. Easy to navigate and no more unnecessary paper!

Not intuitive. Doesnt keep memory; no fingerprint option etc

Works perfectly well. Use it all the time to book or change flights. Never got a problem

App only works about 30% of the time in Israel. Very disappointed!

Very poorly coded app. Has serious issues connecting with internal database. Does not really work.

The latest version remains stuck on the latest flight for which the passenger checked in. There is no option to "change booking", which would provide a workaround to this problem. In general, the app is quite poor - something which is difficult to explain when the LH one works much better. Instead of wasting time developing its own app, LX should simply adopt the LH one (if they really care to maintain a separate brand identity, they could customize the skin and leave unchanged the underlying LH app). Embarrassingly poor app.

I can only see schedule but not mobile pass.

Doesnt seem to let you upgrade But otherwise was pretty ok. Its always hard to type on a phone imho. Entering things like passport numbers and stuff that are already in profile seems unnecessary.

Slow to load, doesnt easily find multiple bookings, clumsy to retrieve seat & other preferences. Needs work.

App is good but would like to be able to add my Miles&More to Apples Passbook

Once I was able to figure out how to unlock other features of the App, it contained all of the info I was looking for. A major improvement to the App would be the ability to remember the travel companions. You have to manually enter that data in order to access the important sections of the App.

I have only used it once so far but everything has gone smoothly. Check in seat changes etc. so far so good.

Worthless! I spent 30 minutes setting it up. Checked in ok, but try to get an e pass?!?!?! No such luck. This is the worst airline app of them all and yes, I have them all. Great airline, awful app!!
